  • Twilio, for SMS delivery connected with an inquiry and internal inquiry notifications;
  • our SMTP email service, for internal emails containing inquiry details;
  • ActiveCampaign, for the Step 2 contact sync and addition to our SEO Leads list; and
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, for site measurement and tag delivery. Our analytics events are designed not to include the contact or property details entered into the form.

These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or establish or defend legal claims.
